Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the Checkout you can see the total price including VAT, any fees and deducted discounts.
Ordering and paying via iclick.se is safe and easy. We provide the following payment options in Sweden:
Klarna, Swish, Debit card/Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Wallets (Apple Pay & Google Pay), and Paypal.

Klarna:

We use Klarna Checkout as a payment solution. By clicking "Complete purchase" you accept Klarna's terms and conditions as well as our purchase terms. As soon as you have been identified by Klarna Checkout, they automatically present information about you. However, credit information is not retrieved directly in Klarna Checkout, but possibly later in the process depending on payment options. Credit information retrieved by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. If credit is not granted, you must choose another payment method such as card payment or Klarna Direkt, or contact Klarna for more information. Additional information and complete terms and conditions about Klarna's payment methods at klarna.se. For information about your payment, contact Klarna's customer service. You can also see your invoices and their payment status on klarna.se under "My pages". In order to pay by invoice, the order must be sent to your registered address. Payment against the Klarna invoice must be completed within a 14-day payment period from the date of purchase. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent via e-mail in connection with the order leaving our warehouse. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and interest on arrears will be added. In the event of non-payment, the case will be forwarded to Klarna's debt collection company Segoria and debt collection fees will be added.

Partial payment:

You can partially pay your invoice via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount, but at least SEK 50 a month. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time, which automatically closes your account with Klarna. Complete terms and conditions can be found at Klarna.

Klarna Direct

With Klarna Direkt, you easily pay directly at the checkout with your mobile bank ID. The money is withdrawn 1-2 days after we send your goods. Activate the service by logging in to klarna.se and registering your account.

Card payment

Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard as well as American Express. No card fees are added. No card details are stored with us, they are saved with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.

Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason why an order confirmation is not received is that in connection with the order you have accidentally given an incorrect email address or that the order confirmation is automatically sorted under Junk mail.

Right of withdrawal

If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the products in question, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

Return and Complaints Instructions

If you have regretted your purchase, make a Return. If you have received a damaged product or a product is missing from your order, make a complaint. Please note that we do not have a "satisfied customer guarantee". This means that we do not accept returns/complaints of products that you have used but which do not meet your expectations.
