Please note that all orders are processed directly by the manufacturer himself. This may mean slightly longer delivery times, usually within 5-10 working days, depending on the product and the supplier.

Through collaborations with well-established shipping companies such as DHL Express, Postnord, Early Bird, City Mail and more, we strive to ensure fast and reliable deliveries.

We have established collaborations with suppliers both in Asia and Europe to ensure that our products meet high quality standards. When products are sent from Asia, they first go to our partner in Holland. There, each product undergoes a careful check to ensure that it is in perfect condition before it is forwarded to Sweden.

It is important to note that when products are transported from Holland to Sweden within the EU, they are not subject to customs duties. We always strive to offer a smooth and worry-free shipping experience for our customers.

Your package is delivered directly to your door or mailbox. If delivery cannot be made immediately, the package will be placed at your nearest post office, and you will be notified by email or SMS.

Your order is processed within 24 hours, and within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can easily follow your order on our tracking page. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
